Feeling agitated? Here’s how to get a spring in your step >>>

You know how it is…. It’s March, the mornings are lighter, the promise of spring is there - and yet, if you’re in the UK, it’s still bl**dy cold and that winter coat that you thought you would have packed away by now is still very much making an appearance.

Regardless of what the weather is doing outside, here are some tips on how to get a spring in your step >>>

  • Book in time for regular self-care EACH week. 

  • Get some sunshine (or get a SAD lamp!) 

  • Move your body (or have reminders to unclench your jaw and take a few breaths!) 

  • Take 8 minutes and do a meditation (I’ve got a free one here if you need some inspo!)

Equally, investing in coaching (can be with me or anyone else) can really help you to get to where you want to be. Think increased confidence, more visibility in your business and more sales!
